Refund Policy

Refunds will be executed in the same way as the original payment was effected. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Refund Leadtime's:
  • Card Payments: 3 - 10 days. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do that will speed up the process, our merchant provider facilitates the refund process. It's important to note that the refund will reflect on the day of the transaction and not the day of the refund when looking at a bank statement.
  • EFT Payment: 2 - 3 days.
  • Please note, any B-Bux rewards used to pay for an order that needs to be refunded, will first be deducted from the refunded amount before the refund is processed. 
  • As we accept payment for pre ordered items which prioritises your order and puts you in a confirmed holding pool for when stock arrive, we also are aware that this can be a tedious process. Hence, we offer full refund of your order and this payment will then follow due course on above options as how payment was received. Please email to request refund.
